Trips to a Museum & Central Park

On Saturday, we headed straight for the American Museum of Natural History.

Our favorite part was a special exhibit with live frogs from all over the world.

A few of the other fun areas were 'Mammals of North America'.

And the dinosaur exhibit.

After leaving the museum, we were on a quest to find an ice cream cone. Naturally, this led us straight in to Central Park.

We didn't find any cones, but we did find ice cream bars.
We also found ducks and turtles to feed, large rocks to climb on, lots of trinkets and artwork to buy, some really great performers, and a few people that pick a very strange way to earn a buck.

(Though out of sequence in this posting...) On Sunday we were happy to be able to attend church, then stroll through Central Park again on our way back to the apartment.

(The chapel & temple building is located right across the street from the Lincoln Center.)

Just for fun!
