In order to get these shots , I had to get the camera outside of the window. Easier said than done, the window only opened 4 inches. This was not enough to slide my Canon SLR camera through unless I took the lens off which I did.
As you are well aware, you need a lens to take a picture. This required me to reassemble the camera 39 floors above the street. Obviously it worked since you see these photos.
The photos were exposed for about 3 seconds, I used the building to brace the camera for the extended exposure.
